Add your email accounts via your cPanel control panel and use the following settings for each email account.

POP3 Host: mail.mydomain.com
SMTP Host: (the SMTP host of your ISP) or mail.mydomain.com *
Username: Your full email address (e.g. me@mydomain.com).
Password: As you specified in your cPanel Control Panel

*NOTE: If you don't use your ISPs SMTP host, then tick "My server requires authentication" in your email software account properties.

Webmail URL Example: http://mydomain.com/webmail

A catch-all (default) email account can be activated, but please note that catch-all accounts do catch more spam.
